Fake Twenty Pound Notes Circulated in Rickmansworth and Chorleywood

Please be on the lookout for fake notes which have been used on a few occasions in the last week. One in Money Hill Parade, Rickmansworth, another in Lower Road, Chorleywood

One male involved was described as being a white male, very stocky build, dark short hair, approx. 5"9 tall, wearing a navy blue baseball cap, black jacket and tracksuit bottoms.

Another male was described as being a white male, late 20's, dark brown hair, slim build, approx. 5"7 tall, wearing a grey hoodie with yellow stripes and jeans.

Please call "101" to inform us of any incidents where you are given any fake money.

Many businesses everyday lose money due to counterfeit cash. Counterfeiters constantly develop more sophisticated techniques in order to fool business owners and shop assistants.
