Marshals for the Watford Half Marathon
Cassiobury Park, Watford
Sunday 1st February 2015 starting at 10.30 a.m.
Marshals to meet outside the Essex Arms Pub at 09:30 a.m. to receive maps, instruction, and kit.
Dress for all weathers
The Watford Half Marathon takes place each year on the first Sunday in February. It is organised by Watford Harriers with help and support from Watford Joggers.
The course begins and ends in Cassiobury Park but reaches Commonwood at its farthest point. Marshals are needed along the whole course to guide and reassure the runners.
The first runners are back by about 11:35 and the last by about 14:00.
Marshals and helpers receive hot food and cool beer at the West Herts Sports Club from 12:45 onwards.
