Are you Everyday Active?

Now is your last chance to book subsidised adult courses in Art and Physical Activities before courses begin next week.

The Everyday Active programme offers adults a variety of courses in art and physical activities.  Courses are eight weeks long, run through term time and start week commencing 26 September.

Councillor Keith Williams, Portfolio Holder for Leisure, said;

“We hope residents across the district will feel inspired and try something new. A wide range of interesting and challenging courses have been subsidised by Three Rivers District Council in order to provide residents with the opportunity to try something they wouldn’t normally do.”

Melanie Boda, Arts Officer for Three Rivers District Council, added;

“We have re-introduced Nordic Walking at the Aquadrome and Chorleywood House Estate and following the success of our Textiles courses in Croxley Green we are now offering the course in Abbots Langley. Also on offer is Pilates in Maple Cross.”

Other courses starting on 26 September include Nordic Walking, Digital Photography, Creative Crafts and Pilates. Places are limited and all courses must be booked in advance. For more information or to book call 01923 776611.
